Delete Your Collecterie Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Collecterie account and the personal collection data connected to it.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Collecterie account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Collecterie account.
3. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

Your member account, active sessions, Library and Wishlist records, uploaded photos, favorites, saved projects and references, Shelf notes, and Collette conversation history will be permanently deleted.

What may be retained

We may retain minimal records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving an active support request. Temporary backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before routine expiration. Retained information is not used for advertising.

Delete individual content

You can delete individual collection items and finished projects from within the Collecterie app without deleting your whole account.
